It's a well-known fact that walking gives you an appetite! So why not combine a self-guided walk with local food and drink? That’s the idea behind Gourmet Walks.
Armed with a route guide, set off to explore the Pays de l'Arbresle, taking your chosen route out of six possible walks. Depending on the route you take, you can pick up your picnic from a partner artisan or it will be delivered directly to you at the picnic spot. A fantastic experience!

Do you like the idea of exploring new trails on an electric mountain bike? Two Sundays a month from June to October, you can go on a bike ride in a small group accompanied by a guide and instructor to see remarkable natural and historical sites (including the Glay quarries, the site of Fouillet chapel and Mont Arjoux).
You can choose a half-day or full-day trip with a suitable level of difficulty. Food lovers will be pleased to know that there is a picnic with local products during the lunch break!
