It all began on the 12th October 1994, when the Boui Boui Café Comique finally opened... This site essentially devoted to humour and partying is made up of two levels: a bar and reception room on the ground floor and a theatre in the basement.
Since it opened the Boui Boui café-theatre has welcomed a continuous stream of comedians and successful plays. It has witnessed the budding careers of Anthony Kavanagh and Florence Foresti and enjoyed huge acclaim: "Arrête de pleurer Pénélope" (stop crying Penelope). Gérald Dahan, Jonathan Lambert and Mustapha El Atrassi (brought to fame by Laurent Ruquier's TV programme) are not unknown to the Boui Boui Café Comique either, which continues to fire the imagination with the hottest new plays and shows!
