Every Friday between 4 pm and 7 pm, a market is set up in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or on the square that borders the Saône, in front of the Paul Bocuse Restaurant. ”What’s the big deal?” you may ask. Well this market is actually 100% organic. That's what!
Delicious goat's and ewe's cheese, fruit, coulis, juices and jams, vegetables, golden bread, meat (beef, veal and pork) and artisanal deli products, eggs, poultry, fish, wine and aromatic plants are yours for the taking.The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and prices are reasonable.
All traders' wares are certified organic.

Isabelle, our editor born and bred in Lyon! She was born in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon in fact, studied in Lyon and now lives here. Territorial? Absolutely not!
