PAVLOVAS by Joël Maier LE RESTAURANT is a unique concept specialising in the production and sale of Pavlovas.

A very light dessert made with soft meringue, fresh seasonal fruit and light cream, all accompanied by a suitable coulis. A veritable ballet of fresh fruit on a meringue cloud. Pavlovas are available in bite-size, individual or shared versions, real little pastry jewels.

You can enjoy them straight away, thanks to the specially designed dish.
All Pavlovas are made by hand every day.
