We are an eco-responsible craft ice-cream maker that serves ice-creams (gluten-free) and sorbets (lactose-free), as well as ice-cream pastries, made by us using natural, fresh and very local ingredients.
We serve ice-cream pastries, ice-creams on a stick, ice-cream cakes and more. To go with your ice-cream, we also serve specialty coffees and seasonal pastries (from October to January). Ice-cream making workshops can be organised from November to April.
Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, we are chefs who became ice-cream makers. Above all, we are passionate about taste, spending our time sampling and unearthing quality ingredients (in both gustatory and environmental terms). This is why we only work with farmers and producers from our region within a 100 km radius! Our window display changes every week, because we use only fresh ingredients (no ready-made pastes or powders!). Come and discover what's new at our shop!
We have a selection of ice-creams and sorbets, in a bowl or cornet (to eat in or take away), our famous ice-creams on sticks and ice-cream pastries (such as 'Norwegian omelettes' and 'vacherins'). Our signature is the 'affogato': a shot of expresso on vanilla or coffee ice cream! (Our second passion is specialty coffees!).
For the more curious among you, we offer a chance to be an 'apprentice ice-cream maker' during our workshops, to learn all the ins and outs of the profession :-)! (Visit our website for more info).
