Located in the heart of the regional gastronomy temple, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, the Giraudet Lyon Les Halles boutique offers a spacious and comfortable space to discover the house's products, with a catering service.

Since 1910, Maison Giraudet has specialized in durum wheat semolina quenelles, a typical dish of the Bourg-en-Bresse region, which it has adapted into more than 30 original recipes.

Giraudet is a Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant), a state label recognizing French companies with ancestral artisanal expertise. Respectful of its heritage, Maison Giraudet ensures product quality by favoring ingredients from its region.

Perpetually striving for innovation, its expertise has enabled it to develop a whole range of sauces, as well as 120 fresh soup recipes, whose menu evolves with the seasons.

Production takes place in Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain), where tours are possible.

Maison Giraudet is committed to a comprehensive approach to environmental protection and is involved in local and community life in its region through food donations and membership in the climate and energy plan. For many years, the Maison has also offered a wide range of organic products.
