With its 8 distinct spaces, the museum is the ideal venue for your business meetings (conventions, seminars, trade fairs, gala dinners, cocktails, product launches...), from 40 to 1,000 guests, day or evening!
Take advantage of our two auditoriums to enhance your meetings and conferences for 20 to 310 guests. Whether it's a simple conference or a hybrid event, our technicians will be at your side to provide the best possible support.
When the museum closes its doors, imagine a moment out of time in a bold and inspiring architectural setting under the 33-metre glass roof of the Cristal, and extend the evening on the terrace along the water's edge.
The Galerie Emile Guimet will be the enchanting backdrop for your events, placing them at the heart of an exhibition hall, while you can enjoy a cocktail at the exhibition doors and discover the collections in a museum-night atmosphere.
Access to the exhibitions during museum opening hours is included in all space rentals. If your program is too full, we'll give you tickets to come back whenever you like.

Priority access for people with reduced mobility:
3 PRM parking spaces under the autobridge in the immediate vicinity of the museum
During peak periods, 2 additional spaces may exceptionally be made available to visitors in the museum's supplier/employee car park (please report to the guard post barrier on the side of the museum). Access authorised subject to availability.
