The market features many local producers and several stalls selling organic produce, where you can buy the following:
fruit and vegetables, cheese, meat, poultry, roast chicken, fish, wine and flowers.
On Thursday afternoon, from 2 to 8 pm, you will find forty or so stallholders.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, from 6 am to 1:30 pm, there are between 50 and 75 stallholders depending on the week (more than a hundred on Sunday morning).
On other days, however, only three or four stallholders are present.
On busy days, several food trucks join the stalls.
People come for the friendly, laid-back atmosphere, the freshness of the produce and the view of the river banks and city.
