At Puzzle, you can drink quality roasted coffee that head barrista and owner Thomas has selected from original, little-known roasters in France, such as The Barn, Clifton Coffee
Roasters, and Drop Coffee, among others.
Thomas is passionate about what he does and openly shares his love of the bean with his customers. A modern establishment with a Scandinavian-influenced décor that isn’t over the top.
A great cafe for any coffee-loving purist, and one to keep an eye on in the future.
Bonus point: the Cold Brew served in summer is delicious.
Rising with a smile on her face in the morning, always curious and enthusiastic to discover new places (and new dishes) in Lyon, Camille is what the specialists refer to as a « compulsive tester ». More partial to savoury than sweet (even though offering her a praluline – a delicious brioche filled with pralines – is a sure-fire way to get in her good books), Camille devotes herself body and soul to testing new food establishments in Lyon. Her radar for new addresses is legendary.
