Lucy is an American expat in Lyon and a qualified pastry chef. She gives cooking classes in English, with varied themes such as market cuisine (with a stroll through Croix-Rousse market to buy seasonal ingredients to cook), pastry-making and regional cuisine. There are specially designed classes for both children and adults.

Rising with a smile on her face in the morning, always curious and enthusiastic to discover new places (and new dishes) in Lyon, Camille is what the specialists refer to as a « compulsive tester ».
