This third edition is sticking firmly to the festival's recipe for sure-fire success: 4 days of festivities where visitors of all ages meet a variety of chefs from all sorts of backgrounds. It's France's annual street food get-together. Celebrated multiple Michelin star-winning chefs will be rubbing shoulders with less conventional cooks. Whether up-and-comers or established kitchens, everyone's here for some outdoor cooking.
Both street food specialists and renowned chefs will be behind their ovens or heading into their food trucks to cook their "signature" dishes as well as novel culinary creations to be enjoyed on the move.
