Grand Parc de Miribel Jonage
As happens every year, on Sunday 4th February 2018, we'll be wrapping up warm and heading for Grand Parc Miribel Jonage!
If you enjoy sports without being a stickler for performance, have a taste for adventure and aren't too sensitive to the cold, you have the ideal profile! This coming Sunday at Grand Parc Miribel Jonage will be devoted to walking and orienteering in the open air (all highly invigorating), and children aged 7 or more are welcome to take part.
Choose one of the three 6 to 14 km circuits that are open to the general public. Everyone completes the circuit in their own time and at their own pace, and there's no ranking.
If you're already familiar with orienteering races, you might like to opt for the more technical 11 km circuit.
With your map of the Grand Parc firmly in hand (these are distributed to all participants on the day) you'll be all set to go.
Don't forget to bring drinks and snacks to avoid hunger pangs!
With a backpack, compass and sturdy shoes, you'll be good to go!
This way to register...
If you failed to register within the allotted time limit, you can always register on site (you'll pay a little more)
Isabelle, our editor born and bred in Lyon! She was born in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon in fact, studied in Lyon and now lives here. Territorial? Absolutely not! She loves travelling, widening her horizons, meeting new people and enjoys a change of scenery (without snow, if possible). Isabelle is curious and a people person, two attributes that often go hand in hand! Her favourite colour is green and her motto "a day without laughter is a day wasted!"
