We are delighted to see its return: the Festival du Péristyle is happening this summer!
This free summer festival organised by the Lyon Opera offers an eclectic programme of music from across the spectrum, created in collaboration with other local venues (Marché gare, Périscope, Hot Club...).
For the 2020 edition, there is no outdoor stage but live performances by musicians playing in the amphitheatre, shown on screens placed beneath the arcades of the Opera House. There are two lively sessions every day at 7 and 9 pm.
All summer, you can (re)discover the Argentinian rhythms of Criollando, the mystic pop music of La Féline, and the electronic sounds of James Stewart, among others, while enjoying the delicious tapas (such as burrata and tapenade) on the menu of the Péristyle’s terrace (as of 6 pm).
