From the 26th of June to the 31st of July 2019, enjoy the long balmy evenings on the terrace of the Transbordeur in Villeurbanne.
Summer is here and with the fine weather comes an irresistible urge for afterwork drinks and nights out.
Every Wednesday
Fancy going to a concert after work? The programme begins on the 26th of June with the grand opening! On the bill are Domenique Dumont, Kcidy and Hervé, serving up electropop to get things off to a lively start.
On the following Wednesdays, there will be colourful house pop with Charlotte Adigéry, a young Belgian of Martinique origin, melodic rap-soul from Blu Samu, a fellow Belgian, rowdy rock from the Bordeaux-based band TH da Freak, feverish techno from Spaniard Cora Novoa, romantic trap from local lass Coeur, and much more besides.
On Thursday nights, we welcome Kiblind’s Apéros Graphiques
Illustrators, pop culture inventors and high-profile DJs get together for exhibitions, workshops, screenings and competitions.

La Trop Fête de l'école !
On the 6th of July 2019, don’t miss the fantastic party thrown by Monsieur Simon (an old friend of ours). A big party for children aged 4 to 10 years.
There will be afternoon snacks served by ‘Les Dragones’ (nine magnificent drag queens), outdoor games, retro-gaming, various colourful workshops ... And, of course, a disco! The grown-ups might get jealous.
And mini food lovers have not been forgotten! Foodtrucks will be on hand to satisfy their appetites.
All events are free but we recommend making a reservation at www.transbordeur.fr
Julie was not born in Lyon, but she did decide to start her family here! Not that long ago, she would spend most of her evenings out at concerts... Although she has already bought ear defenders for her little 19-month-old boy, so that he can discover the joys of live rock and electronic music (soon!), she is now much more of a morning person as a mother.
