33 spins and back again
From 1 October 2020 to 29 August 2021, at the Musée de l'imprimerie et de la communication graphique (printing and graphical communication museum ), don't miss the new exhibition about the vinyl!
This autumn, dig out your decks and reconnect with your favourite vinyl.
Cast into the dustbin of history with the arrival of stereo systems, record players have been making a comeback over the last few years.
Lyon’s printing and graphical communication museum is hosting a retrospective of this winning musical return. A journey around the world with the women and men who bring records to life, from manufacturers to collectors, as well as the creators of both sleeves and stores… All are legendary figures who wrote the history of vinyl.
VinylesMania is dedicated to Vaughan Oliver (1957-2019), a designer and creator of both sleeves and visuals.
Admission to the museum and its exhibition is included in the Lyon City Card
Julie was not born in Lyon, but she did decide to start her family here! Not that long ago, she would spend most of her evenings out at concerts... Although she has already bought ear defenders for her little 19-month-old boy, so that he can discover the joys of live rock and electronic music (soon!), she is now much more of a morning person as a mother.
