Summer on the Rhone river
From the 11th July to the 1st August 2018, every Wednesday enjoy sipping wine from the comfort of a chaise longue.
Would you like to make the beautiful summer evenings last, and enjoy the city in a relaxed and friendly way? Then head for the banks of the Rhône where Wednesday evenings are devoted to relaxation and good wine.
Forget picnics limited to a couple of slices of bread and tomatoes: on board the La Plateforme barge, you'll get to savour Crozes-Hermitage (Vallée du Rhône) wines served with tapas and grilled meats, for an absolute summery atmosphere.
With some thirty red and white vintages to be discovered by the glass or bottle (no less!), this is your BEST summer discovery plan, to be shared with friends.
If you prefer to make the most of your time to brush up on your knowledge, you'll probably prefer to attend an educational workshop: learn to pair foods and wines, and discover the influence of terroirs and weather on yearly productions in the company of a sommelier.
And finally, to test, compare and exchange, we also organise 1-hour wine discovery courses in the presence of three enthusiastic winegrowers and a sommelier.
