Following in the footsteps of Monsieur Paul
Monsieur Paul's son went to the USA to manage the Bocuse group's restaurants in Orlando, before taking over management of the brasseries in Lyon and then management of the Group. It was an opportunity to return more often to his native country and carry on the family tradition in Lyon.
