First, choose between a three or four-hour gourmet tour of Vieux-Lyon (Old Lyon) or a two-hour tour of the temple of gastronomy that is the Halles Paul Bocuse indoor food market.
To join a tour, all you need is your two legs and a healthy appetite to (re)discover Lyon in an original and fun way!
Each tour includes a number of tastings (you will have eaten your fill by the end!). On the menu, fascinating discussions with shopkeepers who share their passion and know-how, such as La Mère Richard, Colette Sibilia and Étienne Boissy (holder of the title Meilleur Ouvrier de France MOF).
You can enjoy no less than six food breaks in between walks through the traboules (hidden passageways). Taste regional cheeses, share a platter of local charcuterie, enjoy craft beer and local wines, and end with a delicious assortment of chocolates.
