Eden Ice, open to all
Try the experience: spend three minutes at a temperature of -110°C! Begin the session by entering a first room at -10°C, where you remain for a few seconds, before entering a second room at -60°C, before ending with three minutes at -110°C. A full-body cryotherapy session offers various benefits in terms of fatigue, stress, well-being, sleep and pain (rheumatism and injuries).
Reserved for members, Eden Club is a fitness centre based in Lyon for young forty-somethings and over. Different from normal gyms, Eden Club offers a personalised approach to meet your health, sport and well-being objectives, which are approved and monitored during personal reviews with our sports doctor.
