"Le Sémaphore" theatre has a seating capacity of 367, with multimedia projections on a 100 m² screen, live satellite transmissions, simultaneous interpretation, a 100 m2 modular stage, an integrated light and sound control room, and armchairs equipped with tablets.
"La Pastorale" hall is an 800 m² air-conditioned multi-function site with a seating capacity of 600 and a standing capacity of 800. It also has a 90 m² stage.
These areas are ideal when organising various customised events: shows, colloquiums, fairs, conferences, seminars, meals, meetings and wedding, etc.
