This unique architectural and technical structure houses an artistic, event, civic, and educational project dedicated primarily to introducing and training children and young people in theater.
The L’Île Ô theater is spread across several spaces, some of which are modular to accommodate all of the venue's activities:
- 6 spaces
- 3 levels
- 2 performance halls with 78 and 244 seats, adapted for people with reduced mobility
- 245 m² of modular spaces spread over 3 levels for catering, artistic workshops, professional training, and corporate events
- A 140 m² rooftop
