In the evening the lounge bar Le Melhor – the best in Lyon’s dialect – serves the city’s best cocktails and champagnes in front on one of the most amazing views on Lyon and the Rhône River. The barmen mix prestigious alcohols with home made sirups, bitters or foams to create dozens of new recipes each time they get the chance to. Of course, the barmen are also fond of surprising the most adventurous taste buds by creating a cocktail from scratch for those who just tell the characteristics they like in a cocktail.
