Located between Part-Dieu railway station and Tête d'Or Park, just a two-minute walk from Charpennes metro station, the house is on a quiet little street near the border with Lyon's 6th district. Valérie has two guest rooms available. They are equipped with two twin beds, a flat-screen television, toilets and WiFi. For families or business guests, there is one non-adjoining room with one 1.2 metre bed, shower and sink. The rooms are accessible for disabled guests thanks to an electric stairlift. Breakfast is served in the main lounge: the former shared workshop has plenty of character (wooden and steel interior, large bay windows) and opens out onto a small inner courtyard. On the mezzanine: lounge area, pool table and bookcase. You will be able to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the 4x4 metre indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. A lockable garage is available.
