Maison Laetitia is a family-owned property built with golden stones, featuring elegant decor, nestled in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, comprising a large house and a smaller one. Step inside for your family vacations, getaways with friends, reunions, year-end celebrations, or long weekends (self-catering). We are open all year round! The environment is very peaceful: disconnection guaranteed, relaxation and well-being are at the heart of your stay in our beautiful region, which is well worth discovering. Both houses are independent and can accommodate up to 26 guests.

La Grande Laetitia (15 guests) includes 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3 bedrooms with bunk beds, 5 bathrooms, 6 separate toilets. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, also 2 living rooms that parents and children can share! A dining room adjacent to the large kitchen can accommodate 10 seated guests. A magnificent Art Deco veranda adjoins this kitchen, ideal for an afternoon snack or a reading break in mid-season. An indoor games room with ping-pong and foosball, a SPA (jacuzzi and sauna), and a laundry room complete the comfort of the house. La Petite Laetitia, designed for 11 guests (10 beds of 190 cm and 1 baby cot), fully renovated in a chic countryside style, includes a living room, a large kitchen and a pantry with 2 dishwashers, a large dining room (20 seats), 2 double bedrooms (160 cm beds), one of which includes a baby cot, and a dormitory with 6 single beds, 4 shower rooms, and 4 separate toilets, available for rent in addition to the large house, bringing the total capacity to 26 guests. A crib, a travel cot, a high chair, a baby bouncer, a bed rail, a changing table, and baby bath accessories are available upon request. (The baby cot can also be added to either house, as long as the number of guests does not exceed the maximum accommodation capacity of the house they are staying in.)

We are surrounded by vineyards and charming "golden stone" villages, 4 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône, 26 km from Beaujeu, and 37 km from Lyon city center. The region is best known for its vineyards but is full of treasures to discover: typical villages of the Pierres Dorées, the 10 Beaujolais Crus, hiking trails, tourist activities (Hameau de Georges Duboeuf, Touroparc, Roche de Solutré…), gastronomy, summer theater and music festivals…
