The chef is attentive to choose his products, which he selects every morning at the Croix-Rousse daily market. You will see him wandering in search of inspiration.
A la carte, you can taste among others, its foie gras "Maison", also take away, salmon salad with combawa and ginger.
An explosion of flavors is on the menu with the Pluma of Iberian pig fried with honey juice and candied ginger which will literally delight your senses or the Tournedos of tuna cooked half-cooked with olive oil with sliced vegetables with basil And turmeric juice.
Patrice Chénet is creative; a different dish, off card, enchants each day the regulars of this warm and welcoming place.
A hundred references of wines will perfectly accompany his dishes including his famous selection of natural wines, also to take away, if desired.
