Since it opened 8 years ago in the heart of the Presqu’île, amongst the bouchons and brasseries that gave Lyon its gastronomic reputation, Planet Sushi has always been proud to stand out and showcase Japanese cuisine. The sushi chefs use ancestral techniques to cook the best ingredients to mouthwatering perfection, on site and to order.
