Located in the heart of the Croix-Rousse slopes, near the historic and lively opera district, Pilo is committed to local, responsible cuisine and encourages local producers.

At lunchtime, the menu of our restaurant changes every season and for the evening, our chef has revisited five dishes of the world... with the
Lyon sauce (because a "world capital of gastronomy" is respected, but be careful we are not chauvinistic).
