The Ninkasi company, created in 1997 in Lyon, defends strong values of emergence, local products, and the mixing of talents, customers and styles.
Ninkasi is a real melting pot of enthusiast people of all kinds: unconditional fans of bitter, acid or even barrel-aged beers, experts in indie rock music, salsa or even drum n' bass, serial eaters of double burgers !
We come together to share a good time together in our bars!
Each week, our place lives with a program of events for everyone: Blind Test and salsa evenings every Monday, concerts and evenings on Wednesdays & Fridays, our “Amuse-bouche” evenings every Thursday, with our DJ Maggy Smiss every Saturday!
While having fun, you can taste craft beers and eat a burger with local products.
