The younger sibling of Bistrot des Fauves, Bouillon Paradis is full of good ideas. This restaurant has a chef, of course, but it also has its own master charcutier. All of the charcuterie is home-made and matured in the restaurant, and you can taste the difference.
For lunch, you can enjoy original dishes of the day and, during the evening, beautifully crafted platters, including terrines, vegetables, seafood, and more!
