Imouto
21 rue Pasteur - 69007 Lyon 7ème
Imouto was jointly created by Gaby Didonna (of Vietnamese origin) and Junko Matsunaga (from Japan). They serve up Vietnamese and Japanese fusion cuisine, with a French touch and seasonal produce, to delight your taste buds!
The menu includes green apple and cinnamon fried ravioli, umeshu syrup, cream of scallop and raw Atlantic cod soup, salmon tataki or a chocolate mousse with olive oil, creamy mousse and honey biscuits.
Reflecting its dishes, the interior is beautiful and calming, with a Zen-style décor featuring waves of light wood.
Note that Imouto belongs to the same owner as restaurants Oto-Oto and Ani, both Collector addresses.
Rising with a smile on her face in the morning, always curious and enthusiastic to discover new places (and new dishes) in Lyon, Camille is what the specialists refer to as a « compulsive tester ». More partial to savoury than sweet (even though offering her a praluline – a delicious brioche filled with pralines – is a sure-fire way to get in her good books), Camille devotes herself body and soul to testing new food establishments in Lyon. Her radar for new addresses is legendary.
