Mathilde

Always smiling, Mathilde comes to us from Franche-Comté (as her lilting accent attests). Besides, she is mad about Franche-Comté cheeses: comté, cancoillotte, mont d’or... And all things comestible, for that matter (she’s a real foodie!). Her secret to staying slim? Physical activity. She loves running along the banks of the Saône, near her home.

Her motto? Run more to eat more!

Behind Mathilde’s discreet, reserved exterior is a very lively person who is always on the move! She is full of curiosity (considered an asset here at the office) and loves discovering and trying out new cafés, restaurants (we told you she’s a foodie!) and events. She always shares her discoveries with the team!

Her curiosity is also expressed in a love for travel: she’s a real globetrotter! She has lived in Poland and Canada, and in a few months’ time, she’ll be jetting off to Indonesia.
